Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact support at 1-832-662-1700 or support@hris.gov. We can resend the invitation or help you reset your password.

Payment is typically processed 5-7 business days after you submit your timesheet. Direct deposit is faster than paper checks. Check your email for payment confirmation, or log in to the portal to view your payment status.

Log in to the Employee Portal, navigate to "Payment Settings" → "Direct Deposit", and update your banking information. Changes must be made at least 5 business days before the election to take effect.

If you earn over $2,500 in a calendar year, FICA taxes (Social Security and Medicare) are automatically withheld, regardless of your W-4 exemption status. Your W-4 only controls federal income tax withholding.

W-2 forms are available in the Employee Portal starting January 31st. Log in and navigate to "Tax Documents" → "W-2 Forms". You can download a PDF copy or request a paper copy by mail.

Complete your onboarding at least 14 days before the election date. This allows time for verification and processing. Last-minute submissions may not be processed in time.

Yes! Once you complete onboarding for your first election, you're in our system. You'll receive notifications for upcoming elections and can sign up through the portal.

Contact your election coordinator as soon as possible. Cancellation policies vary by county, but generally, you should notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
