Access your account using your credentials

Navigate to Direct Deposit

Find "Direct Deposit" under Payment Settings

Provide your routing and account numbers

What You'll Need

Bank Account Information

Routing Number

  • 9-digit number that identifies your bank
  • Usually found at the bottom left of your check
  • Also available through online banking

Account Number

  • Your unique checking or savings account number
  • Found in the middle of your check
  • Verify with your bank if unsure

Tip: If you don't have checks, contact your bank and ask for your routing and account numbers. They can provide this information over the phone or through online banking.

Important Cutoff Timelines

Add or update your direct deposit information by these deadlines

For First-Time Setup

Set up direct deposit at least 7 business days before the election to ensure it's active for your first payment.

For Updates to Existing Account

Update your information at least 5 business days before the election to avoid payment delays.

Missing the Deadline?

If you miss the cutoff, your payment will be issued as a paper check and mailed to your address on file.

Failed Payments & Reissues

Why Payments Fail

  • Incorrect routing or account number
  • Closed bank account
  • Account name doesn't match your payroll name
  • Bank rejected the deposit

Reissue Process

If your direct deposit fails:

  1. You'll be notified by email within 2 business days
  2. Verify and update your bank information in the portal
  3. Contact support to request a reissue
  4. New payment issued within 5–7 business days
