Enter your legal first name, middle initial (optional), and last name. Then select your date of birth using the date picker—no need to type the date manually. Once done, click on “Save & next”.

Social Security Number (SSN)

A Social Security Number is a U.S. government ID number issued to U.S. citizens and some eligible non-citizens. It is used for Social Security benefits and is also widely used for tax reporting, employment, credit, and identity verification.
Standard format: XXX-XX-XXXX
Example (dummy): 123-45-6789

Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN)

An Individual Taxpayer Identification Number is issued by the U.S. IRS to people who need a U.S. taxpayer ID but are not eligible for an SSN.
It’s mainly for federal tax reporting and is not proof of work authorization or immigration status.
Standard format: 9XX-XX-XXXX (always begins with 9)
Example (dummy): 912-34-5678

Employer Identification Number (EIN)

An Employer Identification Number is a U.S. IRS tax ID for a business entity. It is used for business tax filing, payroll taxes, opening business bank accounts, and issuing tax forms.
Standard format: XX-XXXXXXX
Example (dummy): 12-3456789
